Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
I need parts of the ceiling and floorboard repaired after some water damage from a corroded pipe coming from my upstairs neighbor's unit. There is still a hole in my ceiling cut by the plumber to fix the pipe, as well as a longer crinkled/bubbled portion. When the leak was occurring, the water dripped down to the floor to crumble and warp the floorboard a bit. I am available this week to speak with contractors, although Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons aren't good. I work in asylum defense law and have client meetings during those times that cannot be disturbed.
