I want to reproduce the original house destroyed by the Palisades Fire with the addition of an extra bathroom. The house will be a single level 2 bedroom 2 1/2-bathrooms, family room, kitchen with eating area and dining/ music room which will have large windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The dining and family room each have fireplaces. The garden area will be maintained as original. The roofing must satisfy the fire standards and must use CeDur fire resistant shakes. Teh house will be stucco with closed eves.
