My home needs both structural repairs and internal repairs. Structural repairs include a foundation and external wall renovation, replacement of some broken support beams, joists, and sublayers, renovation of the external drainage system, and repairs of some internal walls and floors. Other internal works include all home systems, replacing or fixing and improving the doors and windows, floors, electric, plumbing, heating, and plastering. I already have two inspection reports available, one from a general home inspector and the other one from a structural engineer I had hired to identify a list of structural repairs needed.
