Structural repairs include a foundation and external wall renovation, replacement of some broken support beams, joists, and sublayers, renovation of the external drainage system, and repairs of some internal walls and floors. Other internal works include all home systems, replacing or fixing and improving the doors and windows, floors, electric, plumbing, heating, and plastering.
