Home Repairs and Renovation
My home needs both structural repairs and internal repairs. Structural repairs include a foundation and external wall renovation, replacement of some broken support beams, joists, and sublayers, renovation of the external drainage system, and repairs of some internal walls and floors. Other internal works include all home systems, replacing or fixing and improving the doors and windows, floors, electric, plumbing, heating, and plastering. I already have two inspection reports available, one from a general home inspector and the other one from a structural engineer I had hired to identify a list of structural repairs needed. I have building permit for the foundation of 40 x 50 ft. And garage drive-in. The foundation is 5 feet below grade and the wall is 5 feet above grade. The walls are on top of a matt slab (40x50 feet) of 10 inches. The drive-in garage is half of it and 7 feet deep. 2 retaining walls and a trench down the slope. A sumpump and perforated pipes are below the matt slab French drains around the matt slab outside that goes to the storm sewer -will have New storm sewer, new domestic sewer, and a new water line on the right side of the house Please reach out if you can help.
