Remodel + Addition
I have an outdated kitchen + an outdated master bathroom. I would like to expand the footprint of the house outward so that I get a proper master bathroom and a fully updated kitchen, and I would like to add some square footage to the backside of the house. The house is on a flat lot, but is an old construction so while doing the work I would like to address safety related updates (electrical/heating).
