I am looking to do a two part structure addition for a total of approximately 595 sf. The project will create an attached ADU adding 245 sf, out of the 595 sf, bedroom area with WIC and small laundry area to the existing structure. ADU will include adding a small kitchen area. The main house will add 350 sf, out of the 595 sf, for a new dinning area. The bathroom and kitchen will be relocated and remodeled. A single car garage will be converted to a bedroom.
