Seeking written estimates from a Michigan-licensed residential builder/remodeler for a small project in a newly constructed, already-finished basement.
Scope:
Construct approximately one 18'7" non-load-bearing interior partition wall.
Install one matching interior door.
Drywall, finish, prime and paint both sides of the new wall.
Install matching baseboard and door trim.
Protect existing basement carpet and finished surfaces.
Coordinate and pull the required Ann Arbor Township building permit.
Price any required electrical work separately.
