Looking for an experienced chimney installer in Brooklyn for a gas boiler + water heater common-vent chimney liner replacement.
System:
Weil-McLain boiler: 175,000 BTU
A.O. Smith water heater: 75,100 BTU
Combined: 250,100 BTU
Chimney height: approximately 28–29 ft
Existing liner: approximately 6 inches
Boiler outlet: 7 inches
What I want:
Lifetime Chimney Supply Double-Ply Flex stainless-steel liner
Proper calculation/verification of liner size (7" vs. 8") before installation
Lifetime-compatible tee/fittings and proper liner insulation
Both appliances positively connected to the new liner
Existing approximately 6-inch opening at chimney base properly closed with suitable noncombustible/refractory material
Do not simply fill the entire base opening with furnace cement
