    Javier Ivan Guzman is a dishonest person who has been working on my adu for over a year and a half which is now already a year past the date of completion he told me. He keeps promising to come back and finish things up and then nothing happens. He also has my money which I had given him because I trusted him. I also found out that he bounced a check to the city for $4,500 which I already paid him for. Do not trust this man with your money he's done nothing but rip me off.

    Javier Guzman is the worst kind of contractor there is, he not only stole money directly from me by charging me for items that he did not deliver for months. He also stole from his works and did not pay many of them for the work they performed. He refused to share the contact info for the sub contractors that he used and left my project in shambles. If that were not enough he consistently tried to discredit me by blaming my lack of understanding of the contractor world. I feel confident that his behavior will be punished and he will no longer be allowed to work as a contractor in California. Unfortunately that does not help me with the over $15,000 he has stolen from me.

    Javier Ivan Guzman is the most immoral bullying human being I have ever come into contact with. As a woman owner he insisted that a woman can’t understand construction. After he was 2 months past due what was quoted to be a three month job he stopped working the project for a month with fake excuses of how he would finish next week. A month into his excuses I had face the fact that he was not going to complete my job. He kept asking for money early and I was the idiot who believed he would finish if I payed. He has swindled me for over $50,000. Stay far away from this contractor, especially if you are a woman.
