Owner Glen, was paid in full (lesson learned) for full kitchen and master bath remodel. Kitchen took 5 months, still is not complete, bathroom was not touched, and he has stopped responding to calls and texts. 3 weeks into the kitchen remodel, he stopped being present altogether and communicated by breadcrumbs. Uses charisma to tell you what you want to hear and string you along, never completing work. HEY GLEN, WANT TO FINISH OR GIVE US MONEY BACK?
