Our Solar Panels were installed 7 months ago, and are still not functional. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the company. I do not recommend MC Solar.

This company is terrible. I had solar panels installed on October 20, 2022 It's now 01/23/23. They've still not been inspected or activated. I'm now paying Duke Energy AND for inoperable solar panels.

MC Solar was the WORSE mistake to try to go with. I don't qualify for the tax credit and they took advantage of me by knocking on my door one day. They lied and said I could cancel as they did not give me all the panels they promised and RUSH to install without even speaking to my electric company or helping me get the property liability insurance that I need to get turned on. Be very careful as they don't even have a real office or warehouse, they like to DROP SHIP solar onto your driveway and get wet. They HIRE 3RD PARTIES to install solar and that is probably why they don't have their own warehouse. I cancelled my loan and my solar project before they could ever install and they STILL TOOK THE MONEY from the solar bank and a month later, I get a bill from GOODLEAP. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My brother is an attorney and I am also contacting my CONGRESSMAN to put a stop to the way they do business.

Modern concept did an outstanding job on our project, I recommend them highly. Total gut and remodel of our kitchen, added a half bathroom, renovated our master bedroom and bathroom; brought our 22 year old new house into the 21st Century! Great people, Scott was our Lead Carpenter, he was assigned to our job and it was his sole focus. Excellent communication and synchronization; project was done on time and as promised.

Do not work with this company! Save yourself the time and money, we had a contract with them for a solar project on our home. They did not complete the job but fraudulently reported to the lender than the job was fully completed so they were fully funded and now the lender is coming at us for payment on a job that we have a signed contract to be completed before we are obligated to pay. MC Solar has not answered or returned any communication, I’ve reached out to the CEO Danny Chopra and still have not gotten any responses. I googled this and unfortunately there are MANY MANY other people who were screwed over by Danny and his company MC solar in the last few weeks and all of them are unable to get in touch with ANYONE. Use another contractor!!
