They worked pretty hard for 2 weeks. Then started not showing up! Or running me around saying they would be there next Tuesday or the next week on Wednesday or they we’re out of town etc.
Masterbath per contract regrout shower walls, flooring, new toilet, and epoxy tub, paint walls…Absolutely nothing was ever done on the master bath.
Per contract 5 mirrored bypass mirrors for closets were never purchased or installed.
The sliding glass patio door was installed “temporarily”. ??
Patrick never came back to install. There is still a huge gap around the door where drywall was cut or torn. Holes in several spots of the door due to improper placement of locking mechanism. The door did not shut or lock correctly for weeks. The screen still hasn’t any locking mechanism and does not slide on the track.
The painting walls and ceilings of the interior was not good. One employee painted the ceiling with the wrong paint. Another employee,
said remember *** used the wrong paint”. Like it was my fault ?♀️! He was probably suppose to fix it. Not all walls got 2 coats of paint! Patrick, stopped showing up after Christmas! The supervisor in charge cold not finish projects because Patrick didn’t tell him to or he ran out of time…
Baseboard 31/2 shaker style not completely installed.
We’re to remodel smaller bathroom -33 in vanity ( which I had to buy) is still in the garage. Also toilet still in my garage. Missing new faucett for
vanity and shower. Missing medicine mirror plus scone lighting. Missing glacé shower door.
Finally gave up. New story is I didn’t want them to finish. I have all the texts. Unbelievable. He wanted to charge me $7500. I had to give Patrick check numbers and dates, which I did. He owes me money for work not completed and said go ahead and take him to court! Save your sanity and stay away from this company.
