    Build a deck and a patio
    $10,000

    Unresponsive to warranty claims. Cannot get a call back. The trim is falling off and the composite planks are warping.
    The patio has never been right even though they did come out once to repair. It took 5 calls to get that response. Not service oriented.

    While A+ Remodeling was great in the beginning - having the best quote, having a deck, patio, and fence installed in a timely fashion; they lack in maintaining customer service.

    There was a very bad windstorm that came through and tore out a portion of my fence. It took them 4 1/2 mo to fix. When they finally did come, they muddied up the patio and so gravel and grout needed to be replaced. It has been 1 year and 2 months and have yet to see it corrected after repeated texts and emails of, "We have you scheduled".

    If you use them, I'd recommend using them for deck only...good luck!

    Please don't use A+ Remodeling. I've had a bad experience with them. I should have listened to my neighbor. Now I'm paying for the mistake...I should done more research. They took advantage of my wife and I as first time home buyers with no experience with contractors.

    Built my deck in a timely manner and job is well done. Recommended Azec deck but the salesman did not tell us that water puddles will be there on the deck after the rain. We have to mop it in case we have to use it after the rain..Promised to install the storm door as part of the project, but there is no response when they will do it even after repeated phone calls, emails. The project is paid in full which is a mistake I made.
