Frank Berardi was commissioned to build a deck. He took the down payment. A few weeks later requested more money to pay his labor before he started the job. Then, he missed every appointment that he set up to build it. He never built the deck. I was not able to get hold of him, his phone goes straight to voicemail. Eventually, his mailbox get full to capacity and can not leave a message or get in contact with him. If, you do get a hold of him. Frank gives you some song and dance that he is too busy and will not return your money. I have been trying to reach Frank for about a year. This person is just taking the money and not doing the work. Frank drives around in newer blue Cadillac and pretends to be a license contractor. He is not licensed in the State of Michigan. It would be a huge mistake to hire this person. You will never get the work done or your money back.

Frank Berardi is a conman & a Thief. I paid him to do a kitchen & bathroom remodeling $12,000. He & his Dad hit a water line causing over $20,000 worth of damage. Then, took off with my down payment. Do not hire this person.

Well, Mr Berardi is a hard person to find so I'm glad to see he is starting to show up online. Frank is a personable guy, a ture salemen, however he cannot deliver. He does not have the resources or means to get jobs done on time or even close to budget. Frank is nothing more then a handyman at best, ask for license, insurance, etc and you will not get. Plenty of other contractors out there, he is not worth the risk.

Frank Berardi was used to fix eaves, gutters and replace a few windows. He contracted out work to anyone he can find. He left the crews with no supplies or info, never referred to prints or designs. He is a friend of a friend. His dad is awesome and does great work. Frank Jr. is the worst. He knows nothing and promises the world. He never ordered the windows, never finished the eaves... When he was halfway through working the eaves he said he needed more money to finish the eaves. He said that the roof shingles needed pulled back and repaired. I traded a minivan for the work. I signed over the title and he also disappeared. I sued Berardi Real Estate Ventures. Useless because it has not assets. Run the other way!

Owner misses every possible appointment he sets up, no material lists, only contractor I know who does not carry a pen, paper, tape measure nothing. He contracts out work to anyone he can find leaves those crews with no supplies or info, never referred to prints or designs. Left with 1/2 built deck and porch had to be completely redone as they did my composite decking on joists to far apart - he has no clue about composite, estimates, delivery, organization, he work is not worth it - RUN THE OTHER WAY! BBB couldn't even find him after he vanished.
I hired Mr Frank Berardi and had the same experience as all the other reviews; excuses why the team couldn't show up, difficult to reach, and kept asking for money with less than bare minimum progress. RUN the other way.
