I had Ackerman Lawn Service/Ryan cut down a Birch tree in October. Charged me $1500, which I felt was steep, but needed the tree cut down.
In doing the cutting of the tree, Ryan' and crew destroyed two trash cans, punched a hole in my shed roof and cracked 5 stone stepping slabs. Ryan and I talked and he was looking for replacement slabs and have not heard from him in over two weeks. He also promised to fix the hole in my shed, but that is not happening, as well. I have texted him numerous times to no avail. Ryan did say he has Insurance and it looks like we will have to go that route. If, he gives it to me.
Would I recommend? NO! Customer beware!!!
