Used this guy a few times. Not sure why I gave him another shot, except that I felt sorry that he was having such a rough time with life. Now I know why. He talks and talks and talks and talks, but doesn't mean a thing he says and has no recollection of any agreements made with you. Will impulsively start tearing things apart and then become IRATE because you didn't stop him. He left my home much worse off than he found it, with half my money in his pocket. In the middle of the project, after being yelled at for a few hours, I just asked him to get his stuff and leave. That's what he really wanted, anyway, as he had no intention of repairing the damage that he had caused. Shame on him.
