    If your company wants a cookie cutter sidewalk shed designed to comply with the NYC Building Code, then I would say that Bailey is the firm to choose. The DOB approved our shed immediately, or should I say, Bailey self-certified their design, so there wasn't anyone from DOB actually reviewing the plans. I have no idea how well Bailey does with other engineering projects, or even if they do other engineering projects, but they are great covering sidewalks with sheds.

    Bailey's Engineering were the engineers responsible for the plans and filing of the Sidewalk sheds / window protection and rooftop protection permits for two of our subs on a current construction job of ours. All of which was submitted and approved by the city in a timely matter.
