    They are zero star. Larry Schoof, his wife Rachael Schoof took my family money and abandoned my lanai remodeling project. They are thieves.

    They take a deposit and then give poor service so you fire them. They then keep your money.

    They never showed up to fix anything after home was built and set up in key west and looks like they did not put insulation in walls because I hear everything from outside

    Did you have Larry Kill at Gulf Coast Modular and Bob Golin as your builder. Same boat here in the Keys. Paid them and they vanished leaving us with an unfinished leaky house. Affinity says....builders fault...good luck.

    It is now twenty months since contract signing and the house is still not finished. To anyone looking for a builder, run from Affinity homes. We have seen months upon months of zero work being completed, and tens of thousands of dollars in liens from unpaid contractors. This builder takes your money and uses it for other projects while your project sits. Then doesn’t want to face the music when it’s time to discuss penalties for not being timely. Quality of work is also poor. There is no attention to detail, in fact the builder is rarely onsite. We’ve had to get an attorney involved and we are not the only ones. Avoid this nightmare and find a reputable builder.
