Foundation works did earthquake proofing on my foundation. I got 4 quotes and they were in the middle regarding pricing. I ended up going with them because the appraiser appeared honest, gave me a detailed quote and threw in cleaning up the trash under my house as well. He told me a out a leak in my dryer and gave me a referral to a person to fix it. I also preferred to go with a foundation specialist because it was purely earthquake foundation work I needed.
They were quick and completed the job in 1.5 days (originally said it would take 2 days). They were neat and clean, and did not make a mess. They took detailed photos of their work. They completed the paperwork needed and had the city come.
Overall I am happy with them. I referred them to other people in the same neighborhood soon after, however a couple of people said that they seemed very busy and it was hard to get quotes from them. So, maybe they got more popular and busier after they did my work.

I did work with that contractor (dba The Foundation Works) back in 2015. I found them to be reliable, professional, be reasonably priced, respectful and helpful. I would definitely refer them for foundation-related issues
