No so good!
Initially my experience was good when they installed the AC and heater. During the winter, I had problems with my thermostat and they came and did a temporary fix, with a promise that they would come back to address the entire situation. After numerous calls and text; they’ve yet to respond. Now my AC is not turning on and they continue to ignore me.
Brook and Jacob, you left me no alternative but to write this negative review. I don’t think a return call is too much to ask for!
