Bob Shaffer installed a new HVAC system for my home in October of 2019. It came with a 5 year parts/labor warranty thru AirTech. Approximately 4 years later, it stopped working properly. 3 calls and 1 email later, no response at all - ZERO. If you want someone to back-up your $10,000 investment with service, this is NOT the guy. You will be cold-calling a service company to fix your issue. Very disappointed from an integrity point of view.
