AKI was responsible for building the condos we purchased in Astoria, NY. The poor build quality in a 6 month old unit is extremely evident. There is water leaking through walls and ceilings (both in the shared areas and the condo), flooring is lifting, and mold has been growing in the basement and the storage area. The owners are also unresponsive and deceptive. I wouldn't trust them to build ikea furniture.
