    I had talked to Alex on a Thursday when he called me back. I explained to him that I my tenants had just moved out from a 1 bedroom condo in University Village and I wanted the whole place painted. He said he wanted to see it and we set up a meeting for the next day Friday at 7:00pm. Friday around 6:00pm he text me and asked me if I was home, I answered no. Then he text me and told me he was going home because apparently he was not going to wait until 7pm. I asked him why would he give me a time and then not show up, he never answered. Keep in mind that it took me a while to get there driving through rush hour on a Friday evening in Chicago. Avoid the headache with this individual.

    I recently purchased a home and Alex remodel my bathroom. Everything was demolished and it only took them 3 days to have my bathroom ready. I was so glad it was done right away, just to be stress free. He changed the tub to a stand up shower and he build in a shelf in the wall, literally, so it would not take space of the bathroom. Everything was done great and at a reasonable price.
