Had a great first meet with Chris. Was very happy with the work of replacing my awning. Gave him a great recommendation. Within a couple of months I needed a new roof and Chris recommended I use his company to remove and reinstall the awning. I did and paid an additional $900 for this. It hasn't been right since then. Now there is an arm that needs adjustment and the awning is being ruined. I'm being ignored and at 76 years of age would like to have use of my awning in 90 degree weather. After a couple of emails Chris replied he was busy. I waited another week and asked again. He said he would be there. He never came and I emailed again asking for the courtesy to let me know if he intends on coming. He won't even answer my email. I'm an easy person to deal with but I've lived long enough and been through enough to realize when I'm being ignored and taken advantage of. Spent almost $5000 for this and it's not 2 years old yet.
