    Started a project since September 2021. Funds were provided up to 80% of project, barely have completed 30%. I paid for all permits. Current line of excuse " I'll be there Tuesday..." . Months passed waiting for Tuesday, I guess Tuesday's gone with the wind... His business phone does not have voicemail service (???). I had to seek legal help to get his ass moving. Got him to return to do some work a month ago, still dragging and He only says that the permit is still active that he has not abandoned project. Jeffrey Allman is irresponsible, disregard respect for customers, cunning to get your business with pictures of jobs he supposedly had perform but I am finding out the hard way that it is all a pretense as he tends to run away with a smart smooth mouth. At this very moment, I am still waiting but seriously thinking of retaining a lawyer to get my money back.

    Hey everyone my name is styven angel, am currently building our home with Jeff Allman construction. We signed our contract april 2021. Permit weren’t even turned in until July, they finally started working on it around November when permit got approved. During that time he had about 4 revisions, for each job so we had to wait and wait. Mind you we are staying in the back of our in-law suit 1 bath 1 bedroom no kitchen with 3 kids and my wife and I. He told us house will be done by November well he didn’t complete it, Then he said April and nothing then he said May and nothing. Mind you my wife is giving birth either today tomorrow or the day after welcoming the 4th family member and when we started this job she was not even pregnant. My kids have been suffering mentally being stuck in our small efficiency in the back. My wife is mentally having a hard time because contractor abandons job site for a good period of time. We are in May and the house is nowhere to be done. He asked us if he can leave TRAILER/CAMPER in our property SO he can build our house and be local and we helped him out and he was going to help us in return as well with adding some extra stuff BUT HE LIED! He kept his camper here for 7-8 months using our electricity our water and our space and we told him to leave because it was costing us a lot of money since we have 2 storage units since last year waiting on Jeff Allman construction to finish our home that I think his no capable off and is using lots of excuses not to do it. He promised us insolation and not his charging us, his promised to get waterfall done now he is not(due to us kicking his camper out now his mad) I didn’t even get my long 3 stage patio door and settled for 2 patio doors instead. My roof is wetting my whole house inside since he left this house abandoned. Now he wants a check for insolation when that’s not even done how can you charge someone for something not even done. And on top of that we have paid him over 146k of 170k and my house it’s still distroyed inside the roof not done, stocco all cracked, floor is all cracked, kitchen cabinets all humid and almost ruin, so much things that I can’t mention them all,. Please PEOPLE DONT FALL FROM HIS KINDNESS. Don’t fall for the trap like we did, We are lost of words and we have lost so much money just waiting on him to finish the home. Please try to save your time and money. My kids and wife are suffering deeply since there stuck in a room for the past year. He doesn’t even have licensed workers, his son and his sons cousin are who he has. 2510 Jackson st Hollywood fl 33020 if anyone wants to see what am going through I can give you first take of everything. By the way he didn’t want to take his camper out. He told me if I kick him out he will back charge me on a lot of things(but there’s nothing because he has not don’t ANYTHING!!!) we wrote 2 letter of concern and he never replied back, then tells me if He doesn’t reply then no one will know. Pleasehelp There’s a lot more details but am overwhelmed writing this. Someone help us
