  Install a new HVAV

  We had a great experience with Alpha Enviro Tech. We good a new HVAC installed. From start to finish everyone was professional and personable. They got us an appointment quickly. The installer and the air duct cleaner answered all my questions and worked quickly (seriously our air ducts were cleaned in like an hour). They had to hoist the new HVAC onto the roof, they were pros maneuvering the HVAC around the antennas on the roof and getting the new HVAC installed. Everything went smoothly and we can already feel the difference in air circulation in our house. The installer didn't leave until everything worked and I understood how to change the air filter and made sure that both the heat and the cooling worked. They were amazing and quick

  New HVAC system

  I highly recommend Alpha Enviro for your home improvement jobs! My house is 45 years old and was in great need of air and a new furnace with the weather conditions changing in southern California. Technicians brought their technology experience and transformed my home into a comfortable environment for summer and winters. Also, dealing with administration was a pleasure with kindness.

  Both work crews need to be commended. They not only were professional and thoughtful, the work they performed was excellent.
  My home had severe stucco damaged. Pealing due to an underlying concrete issue. The final coat matched the old PERFECTLY.

  I hired them to install new windows

  I signed a contract with this company to have new windows installed and they cancelled the contract. Their representative told me that the price was too low and asked if I'd accept a higher price. I accepted, but then when he came over for me to sign a new contract he bumped up the price again another $1K and started yelling and name calling when I pointed out that that wasn't what we'd agreed to. I went with another contractor and had a hassle free experience.

  They reached out to me and apologized for that past experience and sent a guy out to give me a bid on a concrete driveway and some bathroom work. The guy didn't know anything about driveways and apologized for his incompetence.

  They called me back and set up a new appointment, this time their owner would come out and give me a good price and answer any questions. No one ever showed up for the appointment. They called me 4 hours later and tell me that they don't do driveways. I asked why they set up the appointment then? All I get is a, "I don't know."

  But the guy assures me that they'll take care of my bathroom job at a price I'll love to make up for wasting my time and all of the incompetence of their past representatives.

  So, I just had their new guy out here, who looked at the bathroom job and told me, "That job is too small for our company to do." I don't understand what they could possibly be getting out of wasting a potential customer's time like this. They seem unorganized and incompetent.
