    Install new paver and apply seal on another area

    He was supposed to remove all water stains from the rain on pavers and then apply ultra high gloss sealer, but he applied the sealer without removing the stains completely. When I mentioned to him, he told me to let it dry. So I pay him. When I realize the stains were getting darker I called him. He came back to tell me it was too late.Don't pay anybody until you are 100% satisfied.

    water leak

    This guy tried to rip us off. He first gave us a quote for $1,500 to do some re-piping and fix a water leak for the main water line. Once they found the problem which was different that what he had said, meaning it was now less work and less materials he still tried to charge us close to the full amount. All this guy cares about is money, he does not care about doing a good job and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Avoid this guy at all cost. His name is Rafael. I would not recommend him. He is not a true professional.

    Yard landscaping water reduction
    $1,800

    11176 Surrey Ave Montclair Ca. This contractor has worked for us twice transforming our yard from a water hog that needed high maintenance. Into the most beautiful low maintenance almost eliminating almost all need for water for a third less the dollars of any other bitter. Was recommended to us by the gravel yard where we were considering materials and he lived up to everything that promised. Georgia says thank you
