My experience with Amaro Renovations LLC in the beginning was excellent. They were certainly on track of receiving a five-star review. However, it quickly went downhill during the re-modeling of my new kitchen. Not only did they not clean up after each job performed, they were constantly late on their appointments and inconsistent with the
completion of each task. When I questioned Victor Amaro (Owner) about their inconsistency, his response merely matched the quality of his work. I'm not going to get into all the details, but I must admit, this experience gave me anxiety and I couldn't wait until it was over. At the end, they did do a good job installing the cabinets and appliances, but the painting on the ceiling was done poorly because they painted over my new led lights which held a different color. "Why they didn't remove the lights before painting remains a "mystery." My Porcelain Floors also needs a touch-up because the plaster between some of the tiles came out." By the way, when I eventually brought this to Victors attention via. phone, his response was, "this is Construction you can't expect everything to be perfect." Until today, I left a variety of voice-messages and he still hasn't returned any of my calls which is why I decided to write this review. "Two stars" is what I give them which is more than what they deserve.
