  I hired Mark and American Eagle Todo several jobs for me. Including replacing fence posts, exterior painting, and flooring. Mark offered affordable rates and his crew always did excellent work. I won't go anywhere else

  Interior painting

  $2,200

  DECEPTIVE BUSINESS! Owners Mark Davis and Michael Skoncey give a good sales pitch but don’t deliver. They have no employees. They sub out their jobs to anyone they can find. ANYONE! Inexperienced, inept “workers”. The sub they sent was late every day, worked minimal hours, and did mediocre work at best. I hired for interior painting. Sloppy paint job. He got paint on my ceiling and crown molding. Dripped paint on my area rug and hardwood floors. He went to the paint store to purchase the paint which I paid for when the store called for authorization for the paint. Two days later I reviewed the receipt and saw he bought nearly $100 of supplies for his personal use. Roller handle, drop cloth, roller covers, paint pan, paint pan liners, 2 rolls of frog tape. Said he didn’t realize he had to supply his own painting equipment. Really? What painter doesn’t bring his own drop cloth, roller handle, paint pan, etc. CONSUMER BEWARE! Do NOT do business with these guys and this sham business!

  Kitchen remodel

  $5,500

  Contracted for kitchen renovation, new ceiling and exterior door installation, kitchen cabinets; remove old kitchen & dispose of, install floor, and plumbing for sink and dishwasher.
  I paid in full yet disposal was never done and in fact all kitchen debris including the sink was left on my lawn.
  Ceiling was not installed as contracted.
  The door installation was never done and in fact I
  purchased the door from Home Depot, contractor picked up door from Home Depot under my account ID number, which I paid for in advance, and when the door did not fit, contractor did not return under my order ID number and instead requested a gift card from Home Depot for $283 which they kept and I never received this. A police report was filed. Door was never installed.
  Plumbing 1,585 paid and not completed.
  Contractor scheduled installation of plumbing for sink and dishwasher on 04/10/19. Never showed up. Again scheduled to come back the next day to install plumbing for sink and dishwasher, they
  ARRIVED at 9 pm to install plumbing. After 15 minutes of trying to install faucet, the plumber they brought SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY AND LEFT WITHOUT A WORD.
  NO ONE RESPONDED TO CALLS OR TEXTS AGAIN. PERIOD.
  IN SUMMARY:
  Kitchen debris disposal was not done as agreed upon and paid for. Kitchen door removal and installation as agreed upon and paid for was not done. Contractor returned the door $283 which was paid for by myself then returned for a personal gift card. This constitutes theft and deception. Plumbing to sink and dishwasher was paid for but never completed and in fact they turned off my water and left without a word never to respond again. No refunds or remedies were ever offered. This contractor has a D- rating by BBB. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR-
