AHR did a tub to walk in shower conversion for me. I was provided with a schedule on line and the schedule was followed to the letter. All the sub-contractors arrived within the allotted time frame, did their work, and left the job site clean. I was impressed that many came from over 100 miles away. At the very end, AHR termined that the shower pan was not draining properly and needed replacement. They bought me a shower rod and curtain so that the shower could be used until the new pan arrived. They also promised to reimburse me for the additional tile I had to purchase for the replacement. AHR called each evening to confirm the schedule for the next day.
As an aside, I declined the suggestion that they install an additional electrical outlet and an exhaust fan to avoid possible issues with the building inspector. There were no issues with the building inspector.
Overall, I was impressed with how well organized the job was organized and am happy with the result.
