    Keep up the infrastructure
    $220,000

    For 10 years Ancho Prime Builders Inc has been working for Ross Morgan and servicing the San Francisco Townhomes in Sylmar. And for the 10 years they have been here my community has fallen into disrepair, 3rd world countries look better than the San Francisco townhomes in Sylmar. No repairs to the infrastructure just pocketing our HOA dues and ignoring our calls. I'm referring to the man that goes by Rusty. For some strange reason Ross Morgan pays you guys in full and you do nothing to improve our community. According to the invoices $220,000 a year goes to this company and we get nothing in return. Talk about social injustice.
