Permits

We purchased a renovated home from Aneta Pescatore at the end of 2017 and have had nothing but problems since. We haven't even been in the home for year yet. Major plumbing issues and we have to re-plumb the entire basement and main level of the home. Already had to open up several walls. Leaks in the basement were concealed. Very poor electrical work done. These people cut corners wherever they can on the most important things of a house and put nice floors and counter tops in to make it appear to be "high end". I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!! They are a bunch of scam artists!!! BUYER BEWARE for SURE if you're planning on using their services or buying a recently renovated home from them!!
