I don't understand how this company is even is business. Customer service is terrible. The final straw was when they left our building smelling of gas and assured us it wasn't anything to be concerned about. However, Consumers and the fire department felt differently. The new hvac company we hired had a difficult time figuring out the mess that they left our furnace in. Bunch of hacks working here.
