I had the same horrible experience the others had. The owner Shannon Armstrong manages his business poorly. He demands payment with being finished. I found out he wasn't paying his subs for the work they did after I paid him. One of them actually told me he was about to put a lien on my house because he had not received payment for the work he did on my house. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. You will have nothing but headaches and work that does not get finished. H

Their work was completed, nothing amazing about it. Their customer service is awful! They demand payment in cash and make it very difficult to pay any other way. Our second payment we had convince them to let us pay by credit card, and they made it VERY difficult and demanded cash. For our final payment they gave us less than 48 hours to pay a $4K bill, and we had planned to pay cash...until they sent 5 emails and called 3 times demanding payment. They treated us like we had not just paid them $8K up until now. Do NOT do business with Armstrong construction, unless you like being treated like a criminal.

I had a horrible experience with this company. They stole items from my home and used unlicensed subcontractors and also never pulled a permit for the job. These guys should not even be in business. Stay far away from these people.

Not so much. Have a cast now because he built a totally crappy deck. Rotted wood, wrong screws, boards are lifting. Hole from rotted wood. I need to sue his sorry ass.
