well theres no 0 star thats why i put 1..i called them for free estimate then they sent me this crazy dude to estimate for new HVAC and ducts..first he check how much I'm approve for FACE funding i think its a city financing and when he saw that I'm approved for 79k and i can spend only 49k for a year for that loan..he quoted me right away that the HVAC and ducts will cost me 48k... i was like damn that much..he said yup, and told me right away that i have to decide right that moment coz he's going to city the next day..i was like can u give us like 1 week to decide and he said nope and he need my go signal right away..then he decided give me a discount form 48k went down to 28k..i said its still too much..then he's telling me no payment for 1 year and plus 2,500 cash back just to say yes for the project..then when i said sorry i can't make that decision right away coz its a lot of money..he started saying I'm wasting he's time and he stand up and walk away... what a crazy contractor u guys have...just be careful guys about free estimate specially old people that don't know what they doing...
