July 21st I called Avalon Landscape at 8:30am, no answer. What is a surprise, is that there is NO outgoing voicemail at least informing you the name of the company, their operating hours; it just rang and rang. I called back later that afternoon explaining that a Noncompliance letter was received from the fire dept. I was inquiring about having the needed work done to be in compliance. The man I spoke with asked me to email him the noncompliance letter. He wanted to see who the inspector was and what was cited. I did so within one hour. To this day (Aug 07) , I NEVER received a response. My contact info (tele #, email etc) was included in the email. This is NOT how a company should treat a prospective customer! Another company has since completed the needed work. I think this type of treatment (or lack thereof) by a company should be noted.
