AZ Custom Construction was the general contractor for my new home build. After construction was complete I had a number of significant issues, which AZ basically ignored. They directed me to their subcontractor and told me to manage him. They provided no oversight, scheduling, or follow up. The issues were significant and impacted my entire house. Given their lack of follow up and inability to manage issues that were originally within their contract, I can not recommend AZ. I will not use them again.
