I've done several projects with B.O.H and his work is always excellent and finishing touches are wonderful. He and his crew are very professional and take direction without complaint if I wish to change something as well go along.
Have used them now for projects including total renovation of inside space, two beautiful kitchens, work putting up 7ft arch doors that look beautiful.

Initially thought this would be a great experience after so many awful contractor experiences but NOPE turned out to be the WORST thus far. We hired BOH to do two complete bathroom renovations and create a semi laundry room to move our washer and dryer to the second floor. What started out as a complete reno proceeded to be ongoing patchworks and repairs as the workers were not competent in their craft. It was ongoing corrections from beginning to the end.
At one point the lead worker apologized and said "am sorry this has never happened before I've been doing this for over 15 years." After repeated errors and requests to have things corrected tensions ran high and my husband got into an argument with the lead worker and kicked them all out the house. I was accused of being a liar and also of being pains in the derriere. My husband who is not a licensed contractor but dabbles doing odds and ends and is also very meticulous continuously picked up on their errors (we should have known better by this time but we were already too far in with payments). To make a very long dreadful story short, tiles are misaligned, grout is cracking, faucet handles are not aligned, shower fixture is also off, the $3,000 dollar shower doors were not installed because shower basin is off 3/8 of an inch for proper and safe installation and to make matters even worst after one year of this work being terribly completed we now have a leak from one of the bathrooms (don't know which one as we now need to hire someone to come and check) that leaks into our kitchen ruining the ceiling sheet rock. Once the project was completed they did a quick clean up didn't even bother to properly polish the tiles. When we pointed out our concerns to the owner we received a 1,000 check that was left at our door and we were blocked from calling him. What a slap to our face. The expense to do repairs to the damage they created will far exceed a 1000.00 dollars. This is the type of individual that Brett Ohara is. He comes off as a great guy very friendly and willing to work with you but it's all an act. When we initially met with Brett we were clear in what we wanted and expressed how we expected quality work. I would think that if this is your livelihood you would take more pride in producing A+ work. Everyone we show our bathroom to can quickly see all the imperfections. This project was a true nightmare vs a dream come true. Many tears shed as we saved for a very long time to have this work done to ultimately be robbed of our hard earned money for a job that needs to be redone.
