Terrible experience with Billy!! Unprofessional...when I asked for tax ID he was hesitant to give and asked why I need it. I had to make a copy of his ID so I have something to prove he took our money. When he found out more work to do with our kitchen..priced us out with ridiculous price and won't budge! His cabinet vendor, Ardita Hajrullahu is a scammer as well...when she suggested to fire Billy because he was nasty with us...she brought another contractor next day. This 2nd contractor won't budge as well due that they think we will give in so when my husband was trying to negotiate he quit and left us with demo'd kitchen with no kitchen,, no dining and no laundry!.Ardita took more money in hostage of the cabinets. She said it will not be delivered until she gets another $5k and when she got it...made it payable to Armando Noka and we had to beg her to deliver the cabinets and when they finally did..they delivered unassembled! Total of $20k for demo of my little kitchen and delivered unassembled cabinets!!!! We tried connecting and no reply! No conscience! Beware of these people!
