Horrible company to work with!! They didn’t show up on the day of install. The woman I talked to on the phone to ask about it, was really rude and told me the installer backed out. And when I asked what was going to be done she said ‘do you want me to just pull someone out Of thin air?!’ Wow. Ok, so, we got a new Install date, the man messed up and put the shed on 2X4’s when we have poured concrete slab for it to go on. They didn’t put the shingles on correctly, and it’s not put together well overall. After contacting the owner he stopped responding so we had to get Costco involved. Now they say they will come fix some is the issues, however the woman who answered the phone (Stephanie) was sooo rude. I had mistaken her from another woman I spoke to earlier trying to schedule a day, and she said ‘get your names right!’ And transferred me. I’m in shock. But shouldn’t have expected anything less because of our first conversation when she asked if she should pull an installer out of thin air. Horrible business. Horrible customer service. I’m shocked Costco even uses them.
