Very poor business practice. After their installer came to measure for a new fireplace mantel, surround and new hearth, they never followed up with
a proposal. Instead, they continued to give me a run around. If they thought they did not want to do the work, they should have had the courtesy to say so.
If you enjoy being lied to and strung along, this is the company you should hire.
