I had a house built by Bay East. It was a huge mistake. He did not follow the plans or even established building practices. My deck was completely unsafe. I had to have it rebuilt by another contractor when Manowski would not fix it. My windows leak. Tyvek was not used, windows did not have proper flashing and now I have found that the wall is rotten. Bay East builders is a terrible company run by a terrible builder. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

We had hired a different contractor which left our new screened porch a disaster. Dennis Manowski from Bay East Builders helped us transform the disaster we were left with to a beautiful screened porch with the craftsman detail we wanted. He carefully listened to what we wanted and worked with us to give us additional ideas. He came promptly each day, worked the whole time with his assistant and worked efficiently and thoroughly. I am so glad I commented on a friend's porch as she referred me to Dennis and I am so happy that Bay East Builders was able to help us. He did a very custom porch (with hardiplank, custom hardwood tile, shiplap ceiling, cratsman detail and moldings, etc), patio, and beautiful stone veneer fireplace for us
