We had a horrible experience with John. We were left with a number of issues such as several plumbing leaks, poorly constructed subfloors which are thin and noisy which now need repair (within 17 months of construction), cracks in our walls, issues with several doors including three that will not stay closed unless locked firmly as well as many other issues and overall poor construction. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have a signed contract which includes expectations and timelines. I would not recommend this general contractor.
