I hired Beechwood to do a tenant improvement on my new business at the recommendation of my franchise parent company. They took several months longer that planned because they failed an electrical inspection and had to resubmit plans to the county due to their errors. This cost me rent payments that exceeded $12K. When asked to make this right and help offset my expenses, the owner, Eric Bokor threatened to walk off the job. This is not good customer service or good character. The work quality was average in the end. We had a motion sensor fall off the ceiling shortly after taking possession. If you hire them, get a time limiting contract or stay away from this company!
