Support is very poor. Brand new residential HVAC system installed in Flushing less than a year old and facing issues. Eddie promises to come but doesn't show up.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude, rescheduled time to repair and then would not show. Showed up 2.5 hours late and refused to look at all units when tenent with child expressed their disappointment for the lack of communication. Eddie spoke aggressively and stormed out in front of the mother and child. If you have them install, don't expect service and up keep.
