I had some work that needed to be done on my home in Temple City. I hired Best Arcadia to fix some parts of my home so I could sell and make a profit. Best Arcadia not only took his sweet time everyday to be a the site he would argue about what I needed on my house, mickey mouse work and totally incompetent.
He would piss and moan about his family and blame his own shortcomings on anybody. If you feel like babysitting a senior citizen that can't believes he's own lies call this guy
