    $27,000

    No consistency in work performed, poor workmanship, when 3/4 of pay was collected and refuse to pay more this person stopped the work completely and prior to that the work was only being done 2-3 times a week,this person said they were licensed and insured but was not would not recommend at all.

    James does quality work and is very professional. He has rehabbed over 10 of my foreclosure properties. All work shows quality. He uses quality materials and finishes jobs before the due date.
