I hired Big Ike’s to repair a roof leak and they not only failed at fixing the problem, they also failed at exhibiting any professionalism and providing the most basic customer service. They were either late or no shows to scheduled appointments, except for the initial estimate, of course. The person they assigned to the job texted AND called me at 1:30 AM! They happily took my money once the repair was quickly and supposedly done, and a week later when it rained the same spot was leaking just the same as it was prior to them coming out. I reported it to the person assigned to the job and did not receive a response until I made several contacts. They scheduled a time to come out again and completely blew me off. I contacted the manager to voice my frustrations and sent her all of the communications showing the unprofessional behavior. She apologized profusely and said they would send someone else out, as I requested not to have the same person return. AGAIN I had to follow up to get something scheduled and the day they were supposed to come out I received a call that they would be late and ultimately that they would need to reschedule. The new guy said he would bring a several materials to attempt to fix the problem and that he would definitely be out the next day. The next day comes and goes and NO ONE showed up. Finally after another call to the owner, someone shows up at my house at 7 PM and it ended up being the original guy they sent to do the job! He went on the roof for less than 20 minutes and threw more caulk on and then left. I contacted the owner again to express my dissatisfaction but received NO RESPONSE.
