Called Big John on a Sunday night. He came to our home right away to fix a broken water heater. What a hero! We had hot water again in a couple of hours. We got the dishes washed and took hot showers that very night. Big John was professional, curtious, and reasonably priced. Best of all. . . he made himself available when we needed him. Thanks Big John and thanks to your family for sharing him with us on a Sunday night. I give you my stamp of approval.
