    315 Stanley Ave i think black square builders are the best city workers on the market. they do it on time they do it quick. and james valouch is the best man ever. /ps this is james valouch's son my dad is better than yours.

    Jim Valouch came to our new home, performed a walkthrough, gave us a reasonable quote. Then a month before starting the project, stopped communicating with us. Ghosted. No replies to multiple emails, messages, or phone calls asking him to please just tell us if he has dumped the job so we can go through the lengthy process of finding another contractor. Nothing. We contacted his office and even the secretary was perplexed. There are words that I could use to vent my frustration as this was an exciting project to take on for our new young family but all I have is one. COWARD.
